Canadian singer-songwriter Avril Lavigne, who definitely has a unique sense of style, recently appeared in Allure Magazine’s January 2014 issue. Photographed by Sebastian Kim, the “Here’s to Never Growing Up” hitmaker looked stunning as she was dressed in designer garb from Jean Paul Gaultier. After striking for poses for the magazine, Avril Lavigne had an interview with the publication in which she dished about a number of different topics. The "Happy Ending" songstress opened up about her style evolution, from being a tomboy to allowing shock rocker Marilyn Manson shaving the side of her head.
"I've always wanted to shave one side of my head, but it took me about four years to get the nerve,” Avril Lavigne said. “I was in Paris one night, and I was hanging out with [Marilyn] Manson, and I was like, 'Let's shave my head!' He shaved my head, and I finally did it. It was so easy. I thought growing it out would be a way bigger pain in the a** than it actually was. I grew it out because I was married."
